We want to make sure you get your vehicle and life back on track in case the unexpected happens. With that in mind, we designed our claims process to be as simple and straightforward as possible.
If Vehicle Is Not Functional
Please call the Roadside Assistance of your contract Administrator to obtain towing.
Take Your Vehicle To Any ASE-Certified® Mechanic
Take your vehicle to your dealer or ASE-Certified® repair facility of your choice.
Your Repair Shop Contacts Your Contract Administrator
Once there, give your contract to the Service Manager or Certified Technician, who in turn will contact your service contract provider’s direct claims department.
Your Administrator Will Then Pay 100% of the Covered Costs After Your Deductible
Your covered claim will be paid directly to the ASE-Certified® repair facility by your contract administrator.
